I understand and I don't take it personally, but these are the same rules that were implemented from the git-go. These are also the same rules that were on AngelCities prior to its' sale.
Have you looked into Pluh.com an affiliate?
They are much more lenient with the rules.

AND WHEN I STARTED TO MOVE MY STUFF AND GET LIKE 4-10 VISITS PER HOUR TO MY DISMAY THE POPUPS HAVE MULTIPLIED TO 4. I MEAN, I CAN'T EVEN DO MY WORK WELL BECAUSE OF THEM. I KEEP CLOSING POPUPS. when you load my site http://www.ddl.at/abortedlife (it's a referral url by the way, but it's hosted by eccentrix dot com)... i get a lot of pop ups. try it. i thought it was just one pop up since my computer has a pop up blocker, but when i was in the school library and opened up my site i got like 2 little pop up boxes, 1 big casalmedia pop up and onother one same size with the latter ad. they just popped up one after the other. tell me what you think and please help... i really love this webhost.
i've been working hard on my account here... i'm in the process of moving all my stuff from my old webhost. these days i'm focusing on the traffic... i'm trying to resume to my 400 daily average that i used to get until my old freehost added this gigantic banner at the top of the page i was like "this is the end of it." when they promised before NO ADS. so i was looking for other webhosts... some broke promises... but i tried eccentrix and even though there's a pop up, it was cool cuz there are no banner ads and it almost never goes down. i'm okay with one pop up, it's cool i know you guys deserve to put them to pay back for your services. but when it's a lot of pop ups it just totally ruins the mood. thanks for hearing me out.
Hi at the moment we limit pops to one every 12 hours and no more. The second pop-up may have been generated by spyware on the computer or may have been a delayed pop-up from another website you were looking at?
