Hello!

Rainchild, aka James Grossmann, here.

I've looked over my site and found that some of the pre-formatted text on my documents, which used to look perfectly tabbed, is now misaligned, as if the tabs were gone. (See, for instance, my "Haiku by the Genre" page.")
http://eccentrix.com/members/rainchild/haiku.html

I tried repairing the mistakes several times: I even replaced the haiku page with one that I created with the EZ page wizard. No luck.

Generally, tabbed text that appears vertically aligned in the original WORD documents that I paste from, and appears to be vertically aligned in the text editor, does not appear to be vertically aligned on the actual web page or preview.

Any insight as to how these mistakes crept into my site?

More importantly, any insight as to how these mistakes can be repaired?

Jim Grossmann, aka Rainchild

Hi looks like its how it was processed into html code, most things on the web that are taken from a word doc and put into a website will not look the same, due to html / browsers, (websites look different in each web browser) and so on.

The best thing to do is to play around with the html code.
