How to take a screenshot
1) Load the web page in your internet browser where your problem is occurring.
2) Hit the “Print Screen” button on your keyboard to take a picture of what is showing on your computer screen.
3) Click the start button
4) Move to Programs tab
5) Go up to Accessories
6) Click On the “Paint” icon
7) Once the paint program is open hold down the “Ctrl” button and while holding down the “Ctrl” hit “V” the image of your screen will be pasted into the paint program.
8) Save what you have just done and upload it to your website and reply with the link.
