Now that I've upgraded & transferred my domain name, how do I manage that account? When I log in, I am still sent to the old free account with the eccentrix.com URL instead of the new whatsitsgalore.com URL.
But I bought the upgraded account more than a week ago. I was only waiting for the domain name to transfer. Hasn't it transferred yet? My website has vanished from the web, so I thought it was time for me to manage it from eccentrix.
Hi, you will need to set the domain name up on your account. This can be done by logging into the members section clicking on the manage link and you will see an option for setting up your domain name.

When looking up the domain name it is failing at the name servers for
ECCENTRIX.COM. Please contact the host and ask then to have their DNS
administrator look into this issue.
Excuse me, but this has been going on back and forth for weeks. You say it's their fault, they say it's your fault, and I get ripped off every day by paying for a website & domain I can't use.Is it too much to ask to see some results after 2 weeks?
The problem is not on our side. I am sorry but it is not. Its their fault. If you would like I can talk to them about it. I would just need the email address I can email them on.

They say the same thing: it is not their fault. They also give proof by referring to the same link:

Notice that it is the name servers failing to respond. Since you do not currently use Brinkster's servers for anything, clearly we are not the cause of a "server failure". If the administrators are unable to resolve the issue with their name servers, I recommend switching back to Brinkster's name servers and then we can set the IP for your web server in our DNS. You will need to provide us with that web servers IP.
