I'm due to renew my hosting package. Does it renew automatically unless I request otherwise, or do I have to actively renew?
Any chance Eccentrix will offer domain names in the near future, instead of me purchasing a name elsewhere and having it hosted here?

We do not plan on offering domain hosting at this time. As for the renewal, they are not automatic, you will have to actively renew.
