Melbourne Holiday - Thinking of visiting Australia Though visiting Sydney is always a great choice, and perhaps the most popular, don’t forget to see other parts of the country. If you want to see more than just one place, you should consider adding a Melbourne holiday to your travel wish list. You can see some of the great things Australia has to offer, and perhaps see things that those who stick to just seeing Sydney might miss out on. Your destination is up to you, of course, but just like in the US, there is so much more to see than just what the most popular city might have to offer.
I am planning a Melbourne holiday myself, but it will be a part of a larger holiday spent in Australia. I am giving myself a few weeks so I can get to where I want to go, and so that I can visit with friends who live in Sydney, Melbourne and other smaller places. My Melbourne holiday will be spent in the home of one of my dearest friends, and I know that she will take me to see what is worth seeing, and will show me what I want to see the most.
You may even save a little money if you take a Melbourne holiday. If you are including more than one city, you can get a deal, for the most part, on multiple stop flights. That gives you a chance to skip around the country perhaps, and see things you never thought you would want to see. If you are anything like me a Melbourne holiday should be something you include. It’s not like flying around the globe is cheap by any means, and you may want to squeeze a few vacations all into one.
Start planning your Melbourne holiday early, and look for the best deals. You may have an event in mind, so that may make it easier to choose just when to go. If you want to include the Cup in with your Melbourne holiday, you already know when you want to go. My Melbourne holiday will be in December, as I can’t imagine a Christmas on the beach. I am determined to see it though, and to be there with my daughter to visit a country she has become fascinated with in her short life so far. I can’t think of a better way to show her all that Australia has to offer and to visit my friends.
