Real Estate In Seattle - I wonder what Seattle is like That’s what I used to say before I lived in Oregon. I always assumed the rainy state would be awesome, but I hadn’t been there yet. Anyway, as you already know, Oregon is the state right below Washington. This made it easy for me and my wife to cruise on up to Seattle. It was a wonderful experience overall. However, in my opinion it was a lot like Portland, but more crowded. Of course when you ask most people this, they look at you and say "i don’t think Portland and Seattle are alike." Yeah, whatever folks. I’ve been to both now and I think they’re similar. Heck, they both even have that same mall thing going on. I swear it’s like the same shopping mall in both cities. Anyway, my wife and I actually considered real estate in seattle. But, there are a few reasons we decided against it. Are you listening
Ah, real estate in seattle; it goes for a pretty penny these days. If you have a wonderful home in Seattle, you could probably sell it for a good half a million and head to a smaller community. This way you will spend half as much on a house and be sitting pretty. Okay, well that makes sense to me anyway. I was actually talking about real estate in seattle with a fellow I met in a hotel Jacuzzi. He said that he and his wife were moving down to Salem, Oregon from Seattle, Washington. He was stoked that he sold his house for 480 grand.
Now he was looking at a much larger house for a smaller price. Wow, I tell you; it’s all about location. There’s no two ways about that. This was not long before my wife and I headed up to Seattle for a visit. We were talking about real estate in seattle at the time. Maybe it was the place for us. We soon found out it wasn’t. Regardless of the cost of living, Seattle was utterly crowded with people. I can’t stand this. It’s just too many human beings all crammed in together. The traffic stunk! Furthermore, the crime statistics were not to our liking. Therefore we passed on real estate in seattle.
If you ever want to learn more about real estate in seattle, just get jacked into cyberspace. Net-land will take you on an informative ride where ever you wish to go. Learn all there is to know about real estate in seattle, the cost of living, and the quality of the schools.
