Holiday Inn Hotels - When you are going away for any reason, you want to find a great place to stay. Though some people will go with the cheapest place they can find, I would highly advise you don’t do this. There are some scary places out there. I like to stay at nicer places that have a restaurant along with a bunch of other things I need when I go, but there are many that are looking for something this is reasonably priced yet still offers a great atmosphere, clean rooms, and a upbeat and agreeable staff. If you are looking for a great place to stay but you don’t want to spend a fortune on your room, you should consider staying at Holiday Inn hotels.
My friends and I do a lot of traveling, and we always exchange notes about what we did and where we stayed. We’ve tried a lot of the Holiday Inn hotels in the past and we were never happy. This has changed in the past two years however, as it seems things are changing. Most of the Holiday Inn hotels we have seen lately have either been remodeled or are in the process of upgrading. The prices seem to be about the same, but the hotels themselves are definitely improving.
Not only are the Holiday Inn hotels being upgraded, they are also still one of the most child friendly hotel chains out there. They are geared towards families and you won’t find the clerks giving your child the evil eye when you check in. In some cases, the meals for your younger children will be free if the Holiday Inn hotels you stay in have a restaurant. I understand that not all of them do. Do not confuse these hotels with Holiday Inn Express, as I believe they are more for the business traveler and may not have many of the same things a regular Holiday Inn my have.
Though the prices at Holiday Inn hotels are generally great, you can save even more money if you book your stay online through one of the discount travel web sites. There are many from which to choose, and you can get the very best price by comparing. If you don’t have a lot of time, try a site like SideStep.com that will compare a bunch of sites all at once for you. You have to prepay this way, but you can save a lot of money.
